Situationist of the day: Michèle Bernstein

Still waiting for someone to do a biopic on her. Artist/author in her own right, better known as Guy Debord's partner, she authored many Situationists documents, and made the movement more 'assessable' by writing a supplement Time did on the group in 1964.

 Michael Veet Ruiliude was the nexus of the Kiwi Mount Rushmore collective (Chocolate Monk, Shrimper, Giardia, EF Tapes, Destroy All Music, GROSS, ad infinutum) of the anitpodean in the shire diy tape scene of the 90s-noughts. These two sites allows short clips of various tapes sounds, both field records, found tapes, live shows, etc, w/ no chronological determined way to play, let alone listen. You can layer as many of these recordings on top of each other, to create your own experience, or even sample for your own endeavors. I've gotten lost in here. you might as well. many are taken w/ a sony ic device (i once had one, w/ days worth of material). Here, are also out of print cassettes, lathes, misprints. Here they are:
